If items are ordered incorrectly, HUABIO will consider taking them back on a case-by-case basis. Returns will be subject to a 30% return charge on the items plus any shipping, handling, and packaging costs.
All requests for returns must have prior authorization and be shipped back to HUABIO within five working days of receipt of the items. Items must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging (i.e., cold and insulated) as originally dispatched by HUABIO.
In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect item, please contact HUABIO immediately. Store the item in the original packaging and using storage instructions on the datasheet. Please do not attempt to return the item yourself. HUABIO will get back to you promptly to ensure you receive the correct product.
